Excellent job search recommendations. You definitely need a strategy and it is best to operate as though you know your boss will find out, that way you will remain on your toes at all times.

Definitely, do all job search work at home, and have all contact information, your phone number and email be personal, not related to your job in any way. Another reason is that if the hiring manager of your prospective new job notices that your email, for example, is from another company, you will never get the call, because they will know that you are willing to casually use company property thoughtlessly and disrespectfully.

These are excellent suggestions. I strongly agree with not doing your job-search while at your current job. The job you currently have deserves all the time and attention that you can provide. Not to mention if you don’t want your coworkers asking questions, it would be best to just simply avoid those searching sites entirely.
