I started noticing all of these CV and personal branding sites start to pop up, yet none had ties to search, recruiting, staffing or HR – an idea was born! A critical element of any CV is professionalism and standardization – which none offer consistently. I agree, one must opt for a Visual CV along with a traditional resume. You never know when one would need it in these internet times.
